Slough Community Networking Forum

Join us for the first Slough Community Networking Forum of 2026, a welcoming space for voluntary, community, and faith organisations to connect, share experiences, and strengthen partnerships across Slough.

This forum is an opportunity to hear directly from local charities and community groups about the challenges and pressures they are facing. We will share key findings from the State of the Sector Survey 2025, highlighting what is impacting organisations right now — including funding, volunteering, resources, and increasing demand from our communities.

The forum will also focus on better understanding Slough’s diverse faith communities. As one of the most ethnically diverse towns in the UK, this session will explore our similarities and differences, the challenges faith groups experience, and how we can work together to promote harmony, challenge stereotypes, and overcome discrimination and prejudice.

A key principle of this forum is to develop better ways of working between different faiths and the wider Slough community.
