Sloan's Lake Run Club - October Run w/Red Rock Sauna

Online price is $20 per person, the cost to register for the sauna and cold plunge at the event will be $30 per person.

Looking to create community through running, wellness, and local beer. We meet in the parking lot of Hogshead Brewery just before 5:30 pm to warm up. We head out at 5:30 pm and run around Sloans Lake. We will run approximately 3 miles. There are runners of every level and pace, and all are welcome. We will finish the run at Hogshead Brewery, if interested please prepay for your sauna and cold plunge via link above (BOGO beer included w/reservation).
