Sign up for the 5th Annual Sloane Swanton Research Run! This is a 5K run/walk that will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the Westerville Sports Complex! That's right! We are excited to announce that we are moving back home to Westerville this year for this wonderful event! The 5K will start at 9 am and the Kids Fun Run (approx. 100 meters long and just for fun) will take place at 8:45 am. We are also excited to offer a virtual 5K option again this year for those who cannot attend on race day but would still like to support Pediatric Chordoma Research. On May 26, 2021, the Swanton family's lives changed forever. Their youngest daughter, Sloane, was diagnosed with a 1 in a million brain tumor called a Pediatric Clival Chordoma.
