Join us for a FREE community workout designed to challenge your body while keeping the vibes high! Using sliders, weβll focus on full-body strength, low-impact movement, and real results β all in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

- Please register in advance so we can plan accordingly and keep you updated
- Bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel
- Sliders will be provided (or bring your own if you have them)
- Optional: Bring light dumbbells if you want to add extra impact πͺπΎ
- Workout is beginner-friendly + scalable for all fitness levels
- Arrive 5β10 minutes early to get settled and ready to start on time
- Outdoor setting β dress comfortably and accordingly
