Is anyone interested in make freezer meals that go in the crockpot? The best part is it's fun with friends and they do the shopping, meat prep, prepare the bags, and cleanup while we prep the veggies and add the spices and sauces. You get 10 meals in 2 hours for about $20 per meal. Again, we get them done in 2 hours. We're also going to have some food trivia and prizes! 🎉
A couple friends (Helen, Kim) and I have attended this program called Sliced Pepper before where you meet up at Yokes to make 10 full or 20 1/2 crockpot meals that are in baggies that you freeze until you need them. This go around we are hosting! The meals end up being a good value, especially with the time savings and a fun evening with friends.
It’s scheduled for September 23rd, which is a Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 at Yokes in Post Falls. Bring a rolling cooler if possible to carry your meals home.
Kim used to make these for her kids when they were at college, when they have babies, and now she loves having them for just the two of them. It makes dinner planning so easy.
