Slice of Our Markets: Market Tour and Farm Fresh Pizza Members/Subscribers

You’ll get a  rare, behind-the-scenes VIP tour of the North Berkeley Farmers’ Market - led by our knowledgeable staff who will bring the market to life through the eyes of the local farmers who bring fresh, sustainable ingredients to to help nourish our community each week. 

Dive deep into the world of small-scale farming as you hear firsthand about the sustainable practices that fuel our local food systems. Gain unique insights into the hard work and passion behind every market stand and how your food choices support regional growers and a healthy local food system. 

After the tour, guests will gather at Vintage Berkeley for a private reception featuring unlimited artisan pizza made by Farmers’ Market Manager Daniel McChesney-Young and Chef Peter Callis from The Table Catering. Chef Peter will prepare delicious sides, enjoy local cheese pairings from Stepladder Creamery and Cheeseboard Collective, and sip a curated selection of local wines poured by the knowledgeable team at Vintage Berkeley.

We’re also honored to welcome Eddie from Golden Rule Farm Organics as our Guest Farmer and speaker as he shares about his role in advancing local food sustainability
