Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union (SLFCU) will issue each attendee one (1) voucher redeemable for up to $500.00 to use towards appraisal service fees on new owner-occupied mortgage loans closed with SLFCU. The voucher is limited to attendees of the Casas & Charcuterie Homebuying Seminar, sponsored by SLFCU, on October 29, 2024, and is nontransferable. Attendees that are age 18 and over and attend SLFCU’s homebuying seminar in its entirety will receive one (1) voucher upon conclusion of the event. SLFCU employees and volunteers are eligible to receive a voucher. The voucher is only redeemable for a new mortgage loan closed with SLFCU in the states of New Mexico, California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado. The voucher will be applied at closing and must be redeemed no later than April 30, 2025. Neither attendance at SLFCU’s homebuying seminar nor issuance of a voucher guarantees mortgage approval at SLFCU. SLFCU reserves the right to modify or discontinue the voucher at any time without notice. The voucher is limited to one (1) discount per mortgage loan.
