Refund & Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund as defined below:
-Cancellation notice must be submitted 2 weeks in advance to the following email: [email protected]
-Registrants, once registered, are subject to a $30 non-refundable deposit, if the refund is requested.
-The refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made.
-Registration will be refunded, not including the $30 deposit, if emailed notice is received more than 2 weeks prior to the session start date.
-Cancellations received within the 2 weeks window of session start date forfeit the full registration cost.
-Cancellations due to personal reasons will not receive a refund.
-Campers who leave during a session WILL NOT receive a refund
