Why 8 hours isn’t one-size-fits-all. Why rest isn’t laziness. And why “catching up” may not work. Learn how your body clock, hormones, and roles affect your sleep and how to align with them.
Real-Life Barriers, Realistic Rituals
From caregiving to perfectionism, stress to screens — uncover what’s really disrupting your rest. Then design science-backed rituals that fit your life, not someone else’s routine.
Creating a Sleep Sanctuary
It’s not about blackout curtains or perfect conditions. It’s about rhythm, safety, and a “good enough” sleep space - even in a busy, imperfect world.
Mindfulness & Rest Practice
Experience a guided rest meditation led by Eric, grounded in MBSR principles. Reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body — without guilt.
Action Planning
Leave with clarity on one small shift you're ready to make - whether it's breaking a myth, trying a new ritual, or protecting your energy rhythm.

About the Facilitator
Eric Lim is the co-founder of , a Singapore-based wellness platform dedicated to helping people reclaim better rest through neuroscience-backed, body-clock-aligned sleep education.
As a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, Eric integrates mindfulness into sleep education - blending science, compassion, and practical behavior change, helping people build sustainable sleep and energy systems.
