After 3 years the Commissioners agree establish 1741 SLAVE MEMORIAL where 3 Elizabeth NJ/ Elizabethtown slaves were burned to death at the Stake at site of the Union County Courthouse 2 Broad street in Elizabeth. The so called New York "1741 Slave revolt/rebellion" occurred where over 100 Slaves and Supporters were prosecuted hanged, burnt at the stake or sent back .
