Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and community at Slack Tide Yoga. Slack Tide Sessions is an open-mic-style gathering where everyone is welcome to share their art—or simply come to listen and soak it all in.
Bring your music, poetry, comedy, storytelling, dance, art or share whatever inspires you. Whether it’s polished or playful, raw or ready-to-bloom, this is a supportive, welcoming space to show up as you are.
No agenda, no judgment—just an evening of authentic expression and togetherness. Think of it as your neighborhood “third place”: not work, not home, but a warm space to gather and connect.
What to Expect:
A cozy studio space - we'll sit on the floor, so dress comfortably
A short grounding to open the night
Time for anyone to step up and share (5 min slots)
