What is Disorganization????
In skydiving, it’s a fact of dropzone life almost everywhere you go. It’s often the reason new skydivers drift out of the sport after they earn that coveted A-license. It’s a problem—and it’s a problem that Paraclete XP seeks to solve.
Let's get ORGANIZED
In the sport of skydiving, “organization” is the art of designing a skydive in which multiple levels of jumpers can participate and succeed, then taking a moment afterwards to debrief those jumpers and tune up their constantly-developing skills. Without organization, you’ll likely jump the selfsame jump until you’re bored, then move on to a sport that delivers the challenge and growth you signed up for.
The Load organizer's job is to create a safe learning environment for skydivers while they get better at their craft. They exist to make your skydiving experience the best it can be by organizing a group skydive to include any fun jumpers roaming around the dz tired of doing solos.
It’s important to know that a Load Organizer is not a judgment dispenser, so don’t worry that you can’t approach one because you’re “not good enough.” We’ve all funneled the base, taken out huge formations single handedly, landed on other organizers and gone low. (Way low.) We want you to know that no matter how many or how few jumps you have, we want to jump with you. Seriously. So come and talk to us.
“Always remember that the organizers aren’t there to jump for themselves, they’re there to help you learn,” he insists. “We encourage our organizers to actively go out and find people to jump with, and to include as many people as they can. As organizers, if we see somebody sitting out doing their own thing, it’s on us to go encourage them to participate. So, by approaching them first, you’re actually doing them a favor.”
It’s free! Seriously. All you have to do it show up ask for a Load Organizer and you’ll be included in the fun. There’s no additional cost involved. Not even a tiny pittance. Nothin’.
