Come out and see us for Sky Over Macon! View the night sky in the Mark Smith Planetarium, and weather permitting, our Observatory will be open to check out the starry skies above Macon! $10 for Adults $5 for Children (3-17)Here's the event schedule!
6:15 p.m. - a guide will lead groups along the Sweetgum trail and point out the plants and animals that live around the pond.*
7 p.m. - Planetarium show outlining what to look for in the night sky with a preview of any upcoming astronomical events.
8 p.m. - Telescope Observation*
9 p.m. - Museum closes
*Weather Permitting
