Welcome to The Preservation of Jazz Monday Night Music Series: Tributes — a weekly cultural experience dedicated to honoring the legends, voices, and stories that shaped jazz and American music.
Each Monday night, we gather to celebrate the legacy of iconic artists through live performance, storytelling, and community. The series is hosted by Mike Bonner and produced and opened by Sky Covington, founder of The Preservation of Jazz.
Doors open promptly at 6:00 PM, with vendors available for shopping and fellowship. Prior to each performance, guests are invited to enjoy a short documentary highlighting the life, artistry, and cultural impact of the featured legend. The live tribute performance begins at 7:30 PM, typically running until 9:00 PM, with occasional extensions when the spirit moves.
Following the show, guests are welcome to stay for photos and to meet the artists.
