Transform Health and Medic would like to invite you to a delegate-led discussion on digital community health at scale. During the discussion, we will explore the political and policy gaps preventing digitally-enabled community health from sustainably embedding into national health systems. The session will explore concrete examples of where policy and political alignment has driven scale (and where its absence has stalled it). Through this session we hope to build momentum toward developing a policy and action framework for digital community health in 2026–2027.
