Why do beavers make dams? What are turtle shells made of? What animal has the best hearing? Bring all your burning questions about local wildlife to our ranger as we examine what animals share our parks and neighborhoods with us. Skins, skulls, fur, and feathers! See (and touch!) all this and more at our table over in the North Day Use Area!
When: Thursday, March 19th from 9:00am-11:00am
Where: North Day Use Area, near the Swim Beach
Bring: Water, a snack if you need one and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Parks Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
