Skills Club is a series of events devoted to a deeper understanding of the fundamental building trades in Los Angeles commercial construction, and how to most efficiently and effectively incorporate them into your projects.

We are excited to invite you to our first ever Skills Club evening hosted at our Pasadena offices with Applied Plastering & Texston.
As a General Contractor, we often encounter mismatched expectations between the desired design and what is achievable in the field for a project's schedule and budget parameters.
Skills Club is an attempt to bridge these expectation gaps by focusing on one core trade at a time, while addressing common issues that arise. Each interactive and informative evening will feature discussions with our trusted subcontractors and industry experts, delivering tangible and actionable takeaways.

Our first Skills Club will spotlight Stucco. We will delve into costs, materials, finishes, best practices, and innovations related to the art of Stucco.
