📣𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃!The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA), in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), has commissioned a joint research study on the future of skills and labor productivity. This workshop serves as a key platform to validate the findings of this study and collectively shape the strategic direction for skills development in the country.
This consultation workshop aims to:
1️⃣ 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: present the draft report of CAMFEBA's members' perspectives on priority skills and productivity, and collect feedback.
2️⃣ 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞: engage stakeholders in dynamic discussions to identify key challenges and opportunities in skills development, capturing insights beyond the report’s findings.
3️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩: Translate the research findings and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations and a collaborative roadmap for CAMFEBA's Strategic Plan 2025-2030 and beyond.
