The time spent designing this program has been some of my most favorite moments over the last year -
This program not only supports the business owners in the Trades but it brings the best of everything needed for business owners across the state together in one place!
First, real time education on topics like contracts, liabilities, and building capital that plague the business industry as a whole. We will bring marketing, accounting, funding, and performance experts in to bring you first-hand expertise in topics that are relevant!
Each month, we will have industry experts as Keynote Speakers to bring real world experience to the room! We all know experience is the best teacher! Kicking us off is Sterling Hughey of Sterling Construction and Roofing! With featured speakers; Dominic Vendittelli, CSP - Safety Compliance, Eric Karras - Contracts, and @Mark Pitchford - Risk Management!
And one of my favorite parts of this, we will be bringing college and high school students to provide them with the realities of the industry and opportunities for internship and apprenticeships!
This is a double win for this program as it provides industry professionals with much needed connections to potential employees that come to the room with intention and purpose!
