Skate with Switzerland!

On Thursday, December 5, the Embassy of Switzerland will host a pop-up stand at Washington Harbour Ice Rink from 4:30 to 8:30pm. Come join us at the beautiful Georgetown Waterfront, where we will dive into Switzerland's rich culinary tradition of chocolate making, and share some Swiss holiday music. There will be something for everyone and fun for all ages!

This is part of a collaborative event series Music and Chocolate: Tastes & Sounds of Europe with the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in D.C., celebrating music and chocolate around Europe.

• Take a turn around the ice during one of the skate periods (5:00-6:30pm & 7:00-8:30pm) - please note: guests will need to purchase their own skating tickets
• Test your knowledge with a Swiss chocolate Trivia to win a ticket to...
• ...a Swiss chocolate truffles workshop
• Discover traditional Swiss holiday music
• Enjoy a skating performance
• Warm up with a complimentary cup of Swiss hot chocolate or cider
• Take home a memory from our photo booth

Registration is recommended, but not required.
