Skagit County Clothing Swap
Advertisement
It's that time of year! The Skagit County Solid Waste Division is hosting our free Fall Clothing Swap to help reduce textile waste and promote sustainable fashion.
Textiles are one of the fastest-growing waste streams in Washington, with over 400 million pounds buried in state landfills annually. By swapping instead of shopping, you rescue usable clothes from the dump, conserve precious resources, and champion a reuse and repair economy!
Bring clean, gently used clothing you're ready to part with and browse for new-to-you treasures. It's a fun, budget-friendly way to refresh your wardrobe while connecting with your community.
✨ Give clothes a second life—and help give our planet a break.
