Hey Folks,Our Wednesday make up is at one of our favs, the Irving Nature Park. The dirt road to the island is closed, so we will use it for a nice little warmup/cooldown. We will do a smaller loop in the park, so we stay close to our typical distance.
With the recent weather, SPIKES ARE MANDATORY! I expect we will see some dirt, but I also expect some ice. Best to stay safe!
No registration required, just show up ready to run for 12:00pm.
