SJOA RIVER FESTIVAL 2026 – 7/12 JULY
30 Years of Sjoa River Festival.
This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate 30 years of paddling, community, and shared passion for the Sjoa River.
To mark the anniversary, we are planning an exciting programme with new events and activities for kayakers of all abilities. The final programme is currently under development, and the website and registration will be updated continuously as details are confirmed.
For 2026, the festival will offer an expanded range of clinics, including: Basic river skills / Advanced play the river clinics / Junior-focused progression / Safety and rescue training
We are also developing a new mixed-ability team event as the festival finale. The goal is to bring as many people onto the river together as possible, celebrating 30 years of friendship, learning, and river culture at Sjoa.
We look forward to welcoming familiar faces back to the festival and meeting many new paddlers along the way.
