Welcome to 2026 from the Surrey Jazz Orchestra!
Initial Concert – Tuesday 27th January- Jacobs Well – Featuring Georgie Fellows
In 2026 the Surrey Jazz Orchestra (SJO Big Band) have an amazing program of big band tunes for you - throughout the spring and summer we will be featuring both old and new versions of swinging big band favourites that will get your feet tapping and ensuring that you have a terrific experience and enjoy great evenings of live music.
We also have an array of singing talent over the next few months including Rachel Marquez, Oliver Eley, Paul Hudson, Sarah Jane Eveleigh and Nate Rogers.
However we start on Tuesday January 27th with the amazing vocals of Georgie Fellows. A regular singer with the SJO, Georgie brings an incredible pedigree of vocal skills -from silky soft ballads to hard hitting and swinging up tempo numbers Georgie enthrals the big band audiences with her performances!.
Like every last Tuesday of the month Georgie and the SJO will be holding the monthly concert on Tuesday January 27th at Jacobs Well Village Hall (GU4 7PD).
This is a great venue –easy to get to, ample parking and a good value bar. Entry is just £11 cash on the door.
