Rather than viewing culinary adventures as a social event, I  propose  single people (of all ages) discover the joy of cooking for oneself as a healthy foundation toward investing in your best self in a healthy way.  

As a cooking enthusiast of many years. (Not a chef, not a dietician), I suggest we prepare a few easy yummy dishes for one (or two) and banish that idea that one is a lonely number...Instead, let's celebrate some sensational suppers for solos…and eat like you love yourself, because all healthy love starts here.
