Join us for a special evening designed for moms to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, welcoming space.Through a guided cacao ceremony and Embodied Ease, a gentle, intuitive movement practice, this experience invites you to slow down, release stress, and come back to yourself.
There is nothing to get “right” here. This is simply a space to move, breathe, and be present.
What to Expect:

About Your Guides:
Tania (“Tati”) Lanning, M.S., LCPC, LMT, RYT, is a trauma-informed, integrative wellness therapist and creator of the Embodied Ease practice. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through nervous system awareness, movement, and mind-body integration.
She will be joined by Reece, a mother, artist, and ceremonial space holder devoted to cacao for over a decade. Reece brings a nurturing, grounded presence, creating spaces where women can soften, reconnect, and return to themselves through breath, movement, and ritual.
What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)
• An open mind
Dress in something that feels like you, comfortable, expressive, and easy to move in.
