Every August, the Pendleton Public Library caps its summer reading program with the annual Library Comic Con.The fourth annual event is Saturday, Aug. 1, from 12-4:30 p.m.
This year's highlights include special guest Patricia Briggs, giveaways, trivia contest, presentations, crafts, board gaming, video gaming, and vendors. Everything ends with the live costume contest at 4 p.m.
