Join Megan Tillman, E-RYT200, RYT-500, YACAP and Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist for a six-week Prenatal Yoga & Women's Circle series.
Find your sisterhood and tap into your sacred power while building the strength and flexibility you need to support your pregnancy.
In-person classes will be held Tuesdays 5:30- 7 pm at Zenna Wellness from September 24-October 29.
Additionally, you'll be enrolled in an online community with additional daily practices, resources and recipes. As a bonus, you'll receive complimentary membership to Body Rich Movement On-Demand.
By the end of six weeks, you'll feel more in touch with your evolving body and sense a deeper connection with your growing baby while soothing your anxiety and sleeping better.
There are only 12 spaces available in the intimate group.
Series is $600 paid in full with a $222 deposit to secure your space. Payment plans available.
