She clarifies and educates on this topic, providing space for reflection and healing interventions.
Substance dependency and process dependency are looked at through the lens of the “Little t Trauma” and how that has shaped childhood experiences and relationships.
For women who have grown up with parents or caregivers who have dependencies, whether substance or process, these six weeks include elements that touch on a healing journey, which
is not a linear process.
Together you look at:
🤩Embodied patterns - the four leading roles that a person takes in a family, with dependence.
🤩Motivation - what drives you, your values, and goals.
🤩Neutralizing hidden family rules - do not speak, do not trust, don't feel.
🤩Origins of co-dependency and how to discover which type you use to manage your circumstances, as well as how to access other ways of being.
🤩Protection from family violence - a very surface looks at how violence can happen in the home, and the results of that.
Vicki-ann has had extensive psychodrama training, led numerous workshops, and completed a creative therapy certificate.
She brings a unique perspective to this topic and the therapeutic process towards healing.
