Join Newberry Homes for a unique Parade of Homes experience as we debut Six in the City—a curated collection of four "Jewel Box" residences. These properties were inspired by the distinct personalities and effortless urban style of television’s most fashionable friends. These homes are a refined luxury statement representing a third-generation building legacy; Newberry Homes is proud to present these architectural landmarks to Historic College Park.

Six in the City was designed by Chad Newberry—notable for his 2025 Parade of Homes winner, "Japandi"—this third-generation builder and Volusia HBA Board Member is making an impact in Central Florida with modern steel construction and luxury custom homes. These College Park residences prove that luxury doesn’t require a massive footprint.

Each "Jewel Box" home is a masterclass in efficient luxury, utilizing unique architectural angles, bold textures, and intentional volume to create a sanctuary that mirrors the individuality of its inhabitant.

Step inside the already completed "Samantha" to see the unique use of scale and materials, and see firsthand the progress on the "Carrie," the "Charlotte," and the "Miranda," where we’ve reimagined the urban floor plan.

Throughout the construction process, these properties served as the backdrop for our episodic series featuring the incomparable Brendan O'Connor (AKA Brenda from Bithlo). This fun series is meant to bring a touch of wit, inclusivity, and charm to the Princeton streetscape. This community is our canvas, and we bring this level of social commitment in Central Florida to each of our projects.

Event Details & Parking: The homes are open for tours daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Six in the City is in the neighborhood of College Park; please plan to park on the nearby residential side streets. Plan for a short, scenic walk of a block or two to reach the properties at 102 West Princeton.
