ABOUT SITTING SOUND MEDITATION:
While seating will be available you are invited to bring your own meditation cushion or pillow. We will focus on two 20 minute sound meditations. Simple instructions will be given along with chances to dialogue and integrate with your healing experiences.
Presenter, Intuitive Coach, Reiki Master and Sound Healer, Jeremy Anacker with guide you through a process of energetic, and intuitive discovery while also helping with the process of integration.
*We will be sitting in chairs for this particular event. You are welcome to bring blankets, eye covering a meditation cushion or stool and any other item that you feel will help you relax into the experience.
ABOUT SOUND TECHNOLOGY
Sacred Sound and rhythm are universal tools utilized in shamanic and healing traditions from all over the world for many thousands of years. If you explore the discoveries lead by Albert Einstein and the realm of Quantum Physics it will become a fundamental fact that you are energy patterning. On a more physical level you have patterns of electromagnetic energy running through your brain and body. These patterns of energy can present in less harmonious ways. The application of sound and rhythmic meditation work introduces harmonious patterns of energy to the nerve ending on the skin of your physical body.

ABOUT JEREMY ANACKER:
Jeremy Anacker is a life long healer and intuitive who has extensive knowledge and experience with energy healing, reiki, intentional medicine and a large variety of healing traditions.
