What is Sit. Stay. Read.?
This special program gives youth the opportunity to practice their reading skills by reading to shelter animals in a calm, supportive environment. It's a great way to build confidence while helping our animals enjoy some extra attention and enrichment!
Who can participate?
✅ Ages 6–14
✅ Able to read independently or with minimal assistance
✅ Pre-registration required
