About this Event
Heartbroken: navigating loss through the written word
This workshop is for anyone who has experienced loss of any kind as well as for those who are facing imminent loss or are thinking about the future. We'll spend time with poetry in different formats and explore expressions of grief in the written word before we turn pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) to spill the words we hold deep in our hearts onto the page. We'll also have an opportunity to share our work with one another for those who would like to but there is no expectation to do so
Please arrive 15minutes before the workshop and ensure you have also booked to the festival.
