Sisters sauna singing circle

Welcome to the Sisters Sauna Singing Circle! Join us for a magical evening of singing, relaxation, and connection at our sauna by the cliffs next to the The Zen Den Yoga and Well-being.

Join Rosie for 2 hours of singing, clapping, humming, listening and connecting with other wonderful women in our sauna space. You will come in and out of the sauna and you will have the option to dip into our new vintage plunge to cool down or to use a bucket of fresh, cold water over your head.
We will offer scrubs, fresh fruits in the sauna and a hot drink to complete the whole wonderful experience.

This event is all about embracing sisterhood, unwinding, and letting our voices soar in harmony. No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to let loose.
