This Halloween weekend, gather with a circle of individuals beneath the golden
canopy of autumn to reclaim your power, reconnect with your ancestors, and awaken the ancient wisdom within.

Set amidst the mystical landscape of Virginia’s oldest mountains, Sisters Of The
Moon is more than a yoga retreat — it is a sacred rite of remembrance. Through
guided movement, ritual, breathwork, and stillness, we will honor the feminine
lineage that flows through each of us.

What Awaits You:

• Embodied yoga and somatic movement to awaken feminine energy
• Four days in a luxury mountain cabin
• Three meals a day prepared intentionally and with seasonal ingredients
• Sacred yoga in the caverns & winery excursion
• A fireside ceremony on Halloween night to honor your lineage and let go of
  what no longer serves you

On Your Own:

• Transportation to/from airports
• Airfare (the preferred airport to fly in and out of is Washington Dulles
• Additional meals and alcoholic beverages
• One on one readings with a medium will be available at an additional cost

Within the Shenandoah Caverns, a short tour leads us to the mystical
underground sanctuary for an incredibly unique yoga experience.
Nestled beneath the earth's surface, these breathtaking caverns are
adorned with stunning stalagmites and stalactites, creating a magical
atmosphere for our practice. Imagine unrolling your mat in the serene,
cool ambiance as we connect with the energy of the earth, embracing
the spirit of Halloween. With the gentle sound of dripping water
surrounding us, our yoga session will flow harmoniously in this natural
wonder, harmonizing body and spirit with the mystique of the caverns.

Join us for a day excursion to Reitano Vineyards, nestled in the
picturesque landscapes of Shenandoah, Virginia. This serene vineyard
experience offers a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration, where
you can unwind amidst lush vines and breathtaking mountain views.
Immerse yourself in this tranquil atmosphere, where the beauty of
nature and the joy of exceptional wine come together, creating lasting
memories during our yoga retreat.
