Who is ready for SPRING? Spring encourages us to embrace change and let go of the old to make way for the new. Just as trees shed their leaves in autumn to prepare for new growth, we can shed old habits, thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve us. We will look at how to take steps to embrace change:
Reflect on the Past: Take time to think about what aspects of your life need renewal. Reflect on any lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Set New Goals: Spring is an ideal time to set fresh goals. Whether it's personal, professional, or spiritual, having clear objectives can guide your path forward.
Let Go of Negativity: Rid yourself of negative thoughts and emotions. Practice forgiveness and focus on positivity.
Join us inhouse for this 1 day retreat!
Christine will guide you through a day of healing, reflecting, learning, and of course having some fun!!

AND if you did not get to join us for this past Septembers weekend retreat at Rolling Ridge Retreat Center, keep your eyes open for an E-Mail coming the first of the year!!! We have secured dates for next September and as soon as it is posted you will be able to register with a deposit or payment in full.
This was an amazing weekend with some awesome people. We can tell you that everyone came in on the Friday, tired, dragging, and ready for self care! When we all left on Sunday, it was a whole NEW group of fabulous Humans who found themselves and were ready to go back into the world with a renewed sense of self!!!!
