Grief can be a challenging and isolating experience, especially for women of color who often navigate unique cultural, familial and societal expectations. Celebrate the start of Women’s History Month with this safe and welcoming workshop to learn about the grief process, make a Memory board, and share stories about your loved ones, find comfort and connect over the healing journey.
The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, at the center’s office at 9500 Medical Center Drive, Suite 250, Largo, Maryland. The cost is $15.
