Sistermatic Change: Rise & Thrive - 10 Wellbeing Workshops
We are delighted to launch Rise & Thrive, a series of 10 wellbeing workshops funded by YNNS. This programme has been created to support women from the Midlands and also members of the Deaf community across the Midlands by providing opportunities to connect with others, enhance wellbeing and develop new skills in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Workshop 4: Sisterhood in Colour Workshop
Get creative at our fun and relaxed Sisterhood in Colour Workshop, led by a talented up-and-coming local artist from the Midlands: Seema from Clever Casts.
Unplug, relax and unleash your inner artist as you paint your very own detailed plaster keepsake to take home.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned painter, this session is designed for all skill levels. Everything you need is provided - from premium hand-poured plaster candle holders, trinkets and plaster figures to a rainbow of paints and brushes.

It’s the perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon with friends, enjoy some quality mother-and-daughter time, or simply take some time for yourself. Come along, get creative, unwind and connect with new people in a friendly, welcoming environment.
No previous experience is needed - just come along, get creative, meet others and enjoy trying something new. Best of all, you’ll get to take your handmade creations home with you at the end of the workshop.

Limited parking available on site
This workshop is fully inclusive and welcomes members of the Deaf community. A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will be present throughout the session to ensure everyone can participate.
