Join the owner of Centotredici Malas, Elizabeth, in this unique and creative gathering! We will be making our own personalized mini malas, using beads and charms inspired by ΑΞΔ!In this 3-hour workshop, you will:
- Experience a Guided Meditation to inspire and amplify your creative intentions.
- Receive One-on-One Guidance on building your mala and learn about the history of this beautiful tool.
- Piece Together Your Unique Mini-Mala (about 1/3-size, makes a figure 8 bracelet that wraps around the wrist twice) — for yourself or as a gift!
- Take Home a Resource Guide to continue making malas on your own.
- Enjoy an Afternoon with Like-Minded Crafters and mindful friends!
This sisterhood event is open to all Alpha Xi Delta sisters - both active and alumnae, but space is limited (only 10 spots available). The event will be held on campus at CSUSM, in the Markstein building, room 105. Reserve your seat ASAP by purchasing your ticket - price is $50 per person, and can be paid via PayPal or Venmo to Alumnae Association president, Cassie Fowler.

ΑΞΔ Mala Workshop
The primary beads we will be using for this session are:
- Sodalite (dark blue): It brings order and calmness to the mind. Encourages objectivity, truth, and intuition, along with verbalisation of feelings. It brings emotional balance and calms panic.
- Larimar Quartz (light blue): Overflowing with such calming energy. Its cooling water like shades and the energy of flow, give it the ability to wash away anxious thoughts. Strongly aids the power of communication.
- Honey Calcite (yellow): Increases feelings of self-worth, confidence, courage, and assists to overcome obstacles. It is helpful for learning of all types and developing skills.
- Rose Quartz (pink): Is a healing crystal of unconditional love. It supports emotional and relationship healing. It inspires compassion.
