Sisterhood Self-Love Circle: Meditation & Sound Healing

You are invited into a nurturing sisterhood space devoted to connection, self-love, and inner growth. This intimate circle is a safe and supportive environment to slow down, be seen, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Together, we will gather in community for heartfelt connection and sharing, gently exploring what self-love truly means for each of us. Through guided journal prompts and affirmations, you’ll be encouraged to reflect, release, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

The afternoon will include a guided self-love meditation followed by a soothing sound bath, allowing your nervous system to relax and your heart to open. This experience is designed to support emotional nourishment, self-compassion, and personal growth.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, and with the hope of feeling more deeply connected to self.
