Sister Sculpt x Cowboys Fit

We’re teaming up with Cowboys Fit to bring you a Sister Sculpt event live from The Star in Frisco!

Join the Sculpt Sisters for a 50-minute, high-energy class that will leave you feeling strong and inspired.

After class, enjoy complimentary Normatec compression and HydroMassage inside Cowboys Fit to help you recover and relax.

All mats and equipment are provided—just bring your energy and get ready to move!

The class will be on the outdoor turf located between the Omni Hotel and Cowboys Fit – directly in front of the Ford Center.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors and rescheduled for later the same day.
The 10:00 AM session will shift to 2:00 PM.
