In this inspiring and interactive 3-hour Ayurveda workshop, we will explore how to create empowered health care decisions to support living vibrantly and aging gracefully through practical daily habits, nourishing foods to support ourselves through the later life stages, and connecting in community with each other. Whether you are in perimenopause or well into your post menopausal years, this workshop is for you! 🌿

After the workshop, you are invited to join us around the fire for kitchari and group singing.

Hannah Elizabeth Levin, founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing LLC. She is an Ayurveda Practitioner (NAMA), Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, YACEP), and Yoga Health Coach who also holds a Master's Degree in Teaching. Her own healing path through chronic allergies, anxiety, sleep struggles, digestive issues, and chronic hip pain led her to healing found in Yoga and Ayurveda. Her vision is to alleviate unnecessary suffering in the world.

Today, Hannah expertly guides women to regain their optimal health and vitality through her online program, the Vitality Circle, and seasonal detoxes and retreats. She guides women to create diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes so they can have vibrant energy, lose weight, sleep well, get off of medications, reverse auto-immune conditions, love themselves, live authentically, age gracefully, and fulfill their wildest dreams! Hannah lives in beautiful Floyd, Virginia with her partner, David, and bonus children.
