Martin’s outstanding commitment to women’s empowerment is truly remarkable. Having assisted more than 5000 women in transitioning from welfare to pursuing education, she has changed countless lives. A lifelong learner herself, Martin has attained various academic achievements, including an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Childcare Management, and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. In recognition of her remarkable contributions, she has received an Honorary Doctorate from the MizCEO Society for Coaches.
