About this Event

Join us for an inspiring evening of networking, self-discovery, and empowerment, all while supporting a noble cause. We are excited to invite you to our next Sister Circle.

Our guest speaker, Dr Obioma Martin, is a highly acclaimed international speaker, transformational trainer, coach, advocate, and best-selling author. Martin’s outstanding commitment to women’s empowerment is truly remarkable. Having assisted more than 5000 women in transitioning from welfare to pursuing education, she has changed countless lives. A lifelong learner herself, Martin has attained various academic achievements, including an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Childcare Management, and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. In recognition of her remarkable contributions, she has received an Honorary Doctorate from the MizCEO Society for Coaches.

WAITS charity has been helping Birmingham’s women in need for 30 years. But we need your allyship too. With your attendance, you are making a difference in the lives of those affected by domestic abuse. Proceeds from the evening will directly support work of WAITS, providing resources, support, and hope to survivors and their families.

Let's come together, empower one another, and make a lasting impact!
