Sissy Goff and David Thomas are returning to GAC this fall (back by popular demand) to share insights from their new book, Capable, which was recently featured on the Today Show! Sissy Goff and David Thomas are nationally renowned speakers, bestselling authors, and co-hosts of the popular Raising Boys & Girls podcast.

Together, they’ll explore how to help children build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, persevere through challenges, and grow into capable, emotionally healthy young people. Drawing from decades of counseling experience, they’ll offer practical tools every parent can use to help kids experience both the competence and confidence that will help them thrive.

The event is free and open to the public with registration.
