Step into a space created just for you—a space where movement meets mindfulness and community.

We’re gathering at The Woodlands Waterway on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM for a morning of wellness that’s as refreshing for the soul as it is for the body. Together, we’ll enjoy:

• A light warm-up to get your body moving
• A peaceful group walk/run at your own pace
• A mindful cool-down to recenter, reflect, and breathe

No matter if you’re walking, jogging, or simply showing up to soak in the moment—this space is yours. Expect fresh air, affirming energy, and genuine connection with like-minded women.
