Sirius Sound Bath

Celebrate the helical rise of the star Sirius with an epic afternoon of cosmic sound at the StarHouse. During the dog days of summer, purify and reawaken through the vibrations of the primal sound.

Begin by opening physically and spiritually with stretching, movement and breath-work from Kundalini Yoga led by Pavanjeet. Then lay back for an epic 60 min+ sound bath featuring gongs, didgeridoos, singing bowls, flutes and more layered by Pavanjeet and Kimba. The journey will end with a grounding closing circle, the drinking of crystal-bowl structured water, and sending prayers.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
