Sirinu brings to life the rollicking interplay between the social classes, the sexes, and the urban folk and the rustics in this panoply of medieval society.

The British ensemble Sirinu performs and researches early music in programmes and projects that aim to bring history alive through their lively performance and audience engagement. They have made more than forty recordings of medieval, renaissance and even contemporary music on acclaimed labels such as Métier, Hyperion, Chandos and Tremula. They have performed at all the major London venues – Wigmore Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and St James Piccadilly.
