AboutEnjoy a trip up the Leeds and Liverpool Canal this summer with the Sir Titus Summer Trot. With distances ranging from 5k to Ultra, all along the flat, even towpath, this event is perfect for runners of all abilities, from novices to Ultra PB chasers!

A popular event and a return to the Leeds Liverpool canal this time in the lovely Saltaire. The tow path on this event is great underfoot so this flat outback is maybe the one that allows you to push yourself to the next distance. For this chip timed event all you have to do is choose one of the seven distances available.
Support - The routes will be both marshalled and signed. Well stocked feed stations can be found every three miles. Registration is held at the above address

• Parking is available in the surrounding streets and car park, but spaces will be limited. Please come early to find parking to avoid delays.
Cut-off Time
There will be a cut-off time of 6.5 hours. All runners should complete the course in that time.
Age Requirements
• 5k is open to runners aged 16 and over
• 10k, 10 miles, half marathon, 20 miles and marathon are open to runners aged 18 and over
• Ultra is open to runners aged 21 and over
