This unique two-hour experience is a collaboration between culinary storyteller Chef Chel Gilla and interdisciplinary artist-educator Dr. Nandita Dinesh. Using cultural concepts, a specially designed menu and storytelling as the mediums for engagement, this event invites audiences in the Bay Area to practically explore how culinary and literary ingredients can offer ways to engage both within and beyond ourselves.
