SIPS & SOUNDS: Sip in to Spring Wine Tasting

A guided tasting experience inspired by the freshness and energy of the season. This evening showcases a curated selection of wines that capture the bright spirit of spring.

Led by a sommelier, guests will enjoy four wines. Three thoughtfully explored selections, plus a mystery welcome pour to begin the evening. The tasting is complemented by a charcuterie selection, creating a relaxed setting to learn, ask questions, and discover new favourites.

*Sommelier guided tasting starts at 8:15pm. Reservations start at 7pm onwards.

Admission: $50 per guest. Reservations are required.
